Honestly idk what they are considered. At one point in time I was really autistic about trying to discern and keep track of what artists were what, but then I realized its almost impossible to do so because there is no actual consistent, formal system to do this in. Most of these genres overlap, and many artists don't stick with one paradigm, so imo trying to pin down such specific identities becomes arbitrary and takes away from the music.
