I forgot, I did have to call them and ask why it wouldnt go through, and I cant remember what they said but I had to call them, then the visa people, and 30 minutes later it was resolved and I had placed my order. I did this twice with the prepaid visa giftcards that say you can load anywhere between 20-500 dollars. It was a non issue, something like because its an adult product you had to call visa to get them to make the payment go through but I didnt have to provide proof of age or my name or anything. Totally anonymous and the package you recieve is totally anonymous too. But I was an adult, I just didnt have a debit card at the time. But it will work, if it gives you bullshit just call. They will straighten it out and the people on both the fleshlight phones and the visa phones are cool.
