I had that problem bro and found out simple solution; take a cardboard and write some shit like "I'd love to buy some weed :)" Then take it and go to some place like a park or so. Sit on the bank with a good book and put the cardboard ad next to you. Trust me someone will finally stop and offer some weed himself/herself. The worst scenario is that cops may see you but I don't know how it's treated in US but where I live cops cannot do a thing about it because you don't have any weed nor sell - sitting next to cardboard is not a crime.
