Digornio thread. Is it really better than delivery? I've only had one a long time ago and I remember it sucking.
I had a sudden urge for ball park food today. Like hotdogs and pizza by the slice but I live in a shit town with no pizza places and only one grocery store. If I make a digornio and put it on a paper plate and put my beer in a plastic cup will I feel like I'm at the ballpark?
What kind of hotdogs should I get?

Communist. I usually cook for myself and eat pretty healthy. My only unhealthy habit is drinking. Anyway I was reading about baseball earlier, and though "shit I want some shitty concession stand food"

It is okay but only when there is a sale that brings it down to $5, any more and you are better off getting pizza from little caesars.
Also avoid getting the plain pizza, or the pepperoni ones, they have significantly less cheese than the supreme pizza. The supreme offers the best price per gram.
Also, ignore the baking instructions, if you bake it at 400F, it will burn before the center s properly baked., start at 300F, and rotate it every 8 minutes, then increase it to 375F after all of the cheese has melted a bit.

ok, thanks I'll try that
I always recommend warm any pizza up to where it is soft but not cooked, (So low temps). Then pull it out, slice it across or go for full slices. Then put it in for full temp. That way no issues with overcooked on the outside and soggy inside.

That could work with digiorno pizza, if you use a pan after slicing them, since the sauce has a higher water content, thus it will drip. That is another reason for the slower cook time at a lower temperature, it helps to reduce some of that moisture content.
