I went from always once a day (sometimes 2-3 and was basically addicted) but then I got a job and a life basically, and that takes up all my time and energy, so now I'm down to once ever 2 days or so. If I don't fap within 3-4 days I usually end up having a wet dream, so in my eyes it's better to just blow it into a sock/tissue/toilet/whatever. Personally I don't think no fap works, but I'm doing it for religious reasons. It's like pot, if you don't have anything important that needs to be done (bills, shopping etc,) then ya beat till your heart's content, just don't let it get in the way of your life

think of it like an addiction to cigarrettes. I don't smoke but have heard tons of guys say the get really pissy when they don't have one. I noticed when I fapped regularly this was me.
