Take it from an ex grower you can get a little tickle from it. Not a major buzz but you need to smoke nearly pure spliffs to get any effect. It's great if you have nothing else to smoke

Also little nuggets of bud might be in there unless he's gone through it with a fine tooth comb. When I grew I didn't even pick the smallest nugs off. Just left them on the branches. Can't sell weak looking buds for top dollar

You might be able to make some icewater hash out of it. I got a quarter of leaf and shit from a friend that was already sifted and got a little bit out of it. Wasn't enough to really do anything with besides smoke it though so thats what I did with it.
