I had it for a couple years but the visuals have all but faded. The anxiety has gotten a lot worse but I think that has a lot to do with me drinking a lot and being sleep deprived.
I wouldn't worry about it too much though it's pretty uncommon.

I have, I used to see images like the one you posted back in 2007 and think that they were for other people cause they didn't look like shit to me. Now it's like looking at a 3d projection or swirling, twitching masses, convulsions of shape. I don't get many hallucinations, I'd say near zero. That said, while it's hard for me to say what I see different, I literally see things differently. Hope that helps OP
