Your legs getting weak and you feel heavy, could be a blood pressure thing.
Blood coming out of the hole in your head, could be anxiety, tense muscles, or who knows maybe you're having an aneurysm or something.
Finger on tongue, Idk I think you're just high.

I got similar things. Anxiety.
Also my hands shake like crazy when i try to do most simple stuff, feel like I'm freezing. Also started hearing shit, just millisecond impulses, sometimes a voice, sometimes like someone's walking.
I know a lot of people with similar symptoms, all just decided smoking's not for them.
