I'm not a computer genius, but I want to figure out if my computer is capable of playing games such as Overwatch, rocketleague, and battlefield 1. It is a "HP ENVY dv7 Notebook PC". It has a quad core processor specifically "AMD A10-4600M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 2.30 GHz". It is also uses a 64 bit OS and has 8 GB of RAM, but only 7.46 are usable. Is this good enough to run these games smoothly.
Probably not. To definitely not.
Rocket League maybe. It's an old DX9 game. It might run shitty but it should run. Overwatch and BF1 you're fucked.
OP you might want to know the power supply watts and see about getting an entry to mid level graphics card. do the research and see if you can support it on your motherboard. look up mother board and compatibility of graphics card. start there

its from when I only knew consoles back in 2012, and once I have money I plan on it I'm just trying to get by for the moment until i have money.
Oh most definitely. That machine is a powerhouse.

can't tell if its sarcasm or not.
>2.30Ghz
My last toaster had more processing power than that. Just get a PS4 like I did.
Thing about computers is that the CPU has to have at least 2.8Ghz to run anything decent, and you need a graphics card that's up to date and not some old legacy bullshit.
you can probably run skyrim on medium settings.
