Empire would win. Vader alone could take on fuckloads. The stormtroopers on board are armed with lazers that not only would btfo the aliens but also cauterize their wounds, making one of their strongest assets, acid blood, more or less useless.

Lets also remember that in every movie featuring xenos, the people fighting them were not prepared, not ideally armed, or unarmored - sometimes all three. The deathstar is a military installation with thousands of troops, who are wearing ARMOR. For once, that stupid bright white armor that is apparently useless against everything comes in handy! The xenos are entirely reliant on physical attacks that will largely be deflected by the stormtroopers armor plating.

Now in the xenos favor, most of the personel on the deathstar dont have armor, or guns, and the deathstar itself is practically a perfect breeding ground. The infestation would be a fucking nightmare to purge - perhaps even impossible without destroying the deathstar entirely unless vader can detect xenos down to the last individual.

If this was a rebel base with one jedi, xenos would win. For once the stormtroopers are a deciding factor in battle.
