I got off psych meds, I stopped drinking, I lost 100 pounds, I live on my own and am self sufficient.

At the same time, I lack a lot of social and common sense things, so if exposure therapy is what I need, then I'll look for it.

I'm happy, but I just never really had a real job or a relationship.

I'm perfectly happy having a 1BR apartment downtown, making $15 an hour, but I'm wondering WHAT IF there is more to life then this.

You can change everything that the rest of the world tells you is wrong with you, your weight, your education, your employment or your relationship status, but if you aren't happy now, none of those things changing will make you happy.

I got myself skinny but it doesn't make me happy but I have to keep working at it now.
