I used to own a bunch of Glocks but I sold them all after I realized that this was my weapon of choice. You won't understand until you pull the trigger.

I carry with the 9 round magazine in and a 15 round backup magazine. 25 .40 cal rounds and it's light as a feather.

It's a drop safety, so if the gun is dropped the trigger won't depress and fire the gun. It's basically just a little leaver that needs to be moved out of the way for the trigger to move to the rear.

Did an oil flush through the trigger assembly and took all of the grit out of it. Repainted the sights. That awful disconnect actually damages the firing pin if you dry fire, fortunately you can take it out with a paper clip and punch.

It isn't out of ignorance. I've owned 9 Glocks. For me, it's the trigger. Simply put, I shoot more accurately with a Ruger SR40c than with any other firearm. I'm significantly more accurate.

The LCP (first gen) was by far the worst gun I've ever owned.

Recently got rid of it.. Unreliable, unpleasant to shoot, fairly weak round, not that much to look at.

Although I don't daily carry... when I do, I carry my gen4 G19 or G23. Plastic gentlemans sidearm.

I have a spud gun and I'm not afraid to use it.

1911 for severali reasons. Single stack mag means lower profile, less bulge in conceal carry... and a minor yet significant convention for military sidearms adopted from the end of the first world war... Nothing smaller than a .45. With that being said I live in Canada so my pistols rarely leave the gun cabinet these days.

No, it's to have small easy to carry and conceal guns. .380 and 9mm are the same diameter. so they take up roughly the same amount of space in a magazine.

A small .45 handgun like the XDs only holds 5+1 since the rounds are much bigger in diameter. And the overall gun is still much bigger than a .380.
