OP, as a guy who has struggled with porn addiction and has a girlfriend, the best thing you can do is to tell him you love and support him and want to help him get better. If you're up to it offer to take pictures or videos of yourself doing things to get him off porn, and try and set a limit on how often he can jack off then gradually decrease it.
