TFW I literally haven't brushed my teeth for 3 years. Only used breath mints to make social interaction easier for me and occasionally brushed them with baking soda.
Since then I went to my dentist like 3-4 times. Every visit = dude, nothing to fix here, your teeth just fine. I pay for Plaque and Tartar removal each time i go to a dentist tho so they are not yellow and shit.
But overall, I think that all those shitty toothpastes are making your teeth decay a lot faster. That is real, ain't no illuminati shit right here, just the truth.

I use baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to clean my teeth. I brush twice a day but haven't used toothpaste in almost a decade. I chew gum so that I don't have bad breath. I started doing this because I hate the insanely strong mint/chemical flavor in toothpaste and mouth wash. I'm doing fine. Hydrogen peroxide is great for disinfecting cuts and sores and won't sting like alcohol. Baking soda is great for cleaning everything and absorbing bad smells. Both are super cheap and can be found in pretty much any grocery or drug store.

Nope, its the truth. I haven't used toothpaste in years, barely ever over the course of my life. I have had one cavity. I do use mouthwash morning and night for breath and to kill gingivitis though.
