I need some help guys. College kid here, just trying to make it through. Have just enough money for rent each month and I dont get much leeway. Well, my county utilites fucked me over and slapped me with a $500 delinquency fee because they javent sent me my utilities bill for the past few months, and i dont have the cash. Overtime at work wont cut it either. What should i do /b/?

call and negotiate with them, tell them your situation. Tell them the truth, you can't afford their bullshit delinquency fee.

If bitches can negotiate outstanding IRS bills, you can have that bs fee waived.
