I don't know, but it does from time to time. Try going on there and putting in some common interest like "sex" or whatever. Normally, you get tons of matches. Now, you just sit in limbo for about a minute, and then get a truly random person, no interest matching.

I like the concept of Omegle, it's like 4chan for chatting, but this shit is just unacceptably maintained.
