OP here. I enjoy this idea, although the problem with this is that if i have the killer hold the end of the condom, the foam wont expand fore it needs air... if the killer doesn't hold the end of the condom, it will rise up and out of the condom instead of throughout the body like thought. condoms are just to stable for this to occur.
