I'm a computer scientist and I can not imagine a way to track down every single person that saved an image, enter their pc and delete the single image. Why whould they do that?
Assuming that you can track every single person that visited the page at that precise moment and saved the picture, it's useless to lose time looking for a specific file, it's way efficient to just crypt everything. Beign NSA dosen't mean you are fucking magical.

There is a log on the server which are requests for that specific image. If the post was up for 30-60 seconds like earlier reported - I can't guess at how many could have seen it.
