coming from a Pro fighter 5-1 in Bellator I would have to say short hair dude. Implying this is a MMA or street fight the shorter dude would win. GiggaNiggaHippie5000 is mainly fat. Not muscle. Still big but most power from punches and kicks come from the lower body and technique. Along with that even if GiggaNigga had ape like strength it wouldn't matter. smaller dude has the advantage since he's smaller. He'll be much faster and be able to close the distance and have a bigger gas tank than the other dude.
