Okay, first off, is she claiming that she's always been asexual, or just that she's finding out about it now?

If she's always been asexual, that doesn't make sense that she'd be jealous of you sleeping with someone else, all other things being equal.

But, if she's just now "realizing" she's asexual, I would honestly suggest you two go to couples therapy. For two reasons:

1) To honestly find out if she's actually asexual or not. It's possible there's another issue at hand that's causing some resentment between the two of you that's making her not "feel it" sexually. This is a good chance to work through that, and...
2) To find out how to morph your relationship sexually to keep you both satisfied.

Look I know /b/ isn't usually known for "from the heart" advice, but I say this from the heart: Go to therapy. It doesn't mean you're broken, it doesn't mean your relationship is bad, it's a tool to help you see things in yourself and your relationship that you have a hard time seeing through your own eyes.
