I got drunk and told my 18yo gf that I was old and will never accomplish anything worth remembering, which she obviously didn't understand. Then we fucked. Then I woke up the next day and went to work.

Failed my first career as a funeral director.

Became a drunk piece of shit who didn't care about life.

Met a woman who taught me how to really live.

She threw my heart against the wall.

Now I'm a better man.

So now I am kicking ass as my second career as a PLC programmer.

Feels good.

Just do shrooms once every 3 years and you'll have no crisis. I'm working at a really progressive and worker friendly place. Get to slack off a lot because its a restaurant, I'm pretty, I'm fit, I have income, but no bitches.

I went to prison for six years. Got out, got my shit together, and now manage a store for a national big box.

We feel disconnected from people just years younger than us.
