Any interests? Picking up a hobby could change things literally anything even if its nerdy geeky as fuck find a local dnd group and play get an arduino and start fucking around its relly easy. Get into 40k and paint miniatures going into the shop twice a week and talking to others for 3 4 hours could help you. You could get an app and track tasks you set for your self as in go to shop once a week call gradma once a week have a beer in a bar even if its for half an hour and you talk to noone. Find some club to join like once a week or or twice per month. Any of these could help.
