Nope. Because if you think about it, pedophilia etc. is just a modern moral framework laid out by people. The urge to procreate (even with young people), is an evolutionary drive. Just killing off people who practice the social taboo wouldn't make a dent in the populous at large.

Plus you have to realize that life spans were FAR shorter in the not too distant past, so procreating happened much earlier (by age) than what we think of as appropriate now.

tl;dr - No because to some degree all people have an innate sexual drive that evolution has tuned over millions of years.

Put into social context of what we call "right and wrong", sure...pedophilia and murder are frowned upon, or made illegal.

But in the evolutionary past, those activities were just a reality. The practice may have subsided (or been dramatically reduced), but the impulse is still there.

A lot of behaviour is genetic so it would go a long way. Doesnt change that were biologically wired to be attracted to fertile age girls which is very young.

Also were getting close to fetal gene editing. We can screen for them in utero and change their genetics around to change them. This goes for murderers and criminals in general, too.
