What's wrong with my back /b/?
>be forced to sit in jury duty for 2 weeks
>unable to sit comfortably
>low back stiff and sore
>constantly squirming around and crossing legs over and under
>feel sharp pain when sitting with left foot on my right knee
>immediately stop and never sit cross legged again
>pain fades to a dull ache and itchy feeling on the left side of my sacrum
>no dysfunction in movement and pain is very low, but chronically itchy feeling remains
>been 4 months
Any idea what went wrong and how to diagnose/fix it? I'm going to see a doctor as soon as I'm enrolled in medicaid (then trying to convince them to let me see an osteopath), but right now I'm going to a chiropractor who fixed everything except this, re-aligned my lumbar and sacrum yet the feeling is still there.

Sounds like a trapped Nerve, see a Doctor ASAP.
likely sciatica, after "fixed"can take a few days/weeks for pain to totally go away.

Not severe enough. Also sure it's not SI joint or disc protrusion. Basically I overstretched my leg and it irritated something next to the sacrum which feels unconfortable still despite no dysfunction

Neither this since I can straighten my legs and move to 90 degrees when lying down. Its been 4 months
