Tips for losing weight /b/. I've gotten an exercise routine down, I'm building muscle, but I can't stop fucking eating.
I feel like I'm starving myself and I'm afriad that I'm not going to get enough nutrients for the day, so I end up just eating a ton.
Anyways to combat this?

Calculate your TDEE using several online calculators. Take the average of those numbers, and subtract 500. This will put you in a modest deficit so that you will lose about 1lb/0.5 kg a week. Ideally you need to start weighing/measuring food and looking at nutrition labels to track calories.
