I can't go a day without using some kind of substance, or I feel like I'm going crazy.

It doesn't matter if it's alcohol, weed, psychedelics, opiates, benadryl, whatever. If I know I won't be able to use anything, I get this terrible feeling of dread in my stomach and I get extremely nervous.

What's wrong with my brain?

The good thing about this is you aren't addicted to any real fucked up drugs. This feeling of dread stops in 2-3 days from cannabis. If you were a fucking heroin addict it would be hard, this is not. Do what im doing, go 2 weeks out of the month without anything then do whatever you want but be conscious and dont overdo it
