Dutch bachelors student here. Its meh, its not a bad choice but not the best one either. We are recently less open on immigrants, so that might be a point. We have a shit ton of retarted politicians. We have shitty national foods. but you can smoke weed to cope with this and we are quite accepting of people if we can see they actually care about learning the language. Our culture is somewhat nonexistant besides all the events, we are your general western country.
