Can a website tell it's the same device, if I connect to the website via different wifi hotspots? Like let's say I'm standing in the midsole of 2 different wifi networks. I connect to one and go to the website and fill out a survey. Now I connect to the other wifi and do another survey. Can the website tell I'm the same person?
