Is there a way to view whatsapp shared media without starting a new conversation with the person?

I wanted to find my exes nudes on the shared media but I don't have a conversation with her on my current phone.

Will dump if anyone helps

Even if you had a current conversation with her, you wouldn't be able to redownload the picture on your new phone. You'd only see a blurred out version of it, that's how it is for me at least.

Depends on what platform you are using whatsapp.

If you were using it on Android, you might have used the backup function that can store everything on your phone or in google drive. If so, then you can download everything to the new device, pictures, videos, text, everything, even the voice messges.

Tested it of 3 devices, works every time.
