easy fix if you know what youre doing with electronics or AV or DV.
>go to walmart and buy screwdrivers
>take apart PS4 or PS4 pro
>locate pins near HDMI port
>take note of the nearest capacitor, it will look like this: http://s1214.photobucket.com/user/zanyadipan/media/capacitor.jpg.html
>take note of the number/ID
>go on internet
>go to amazon, they sell the standard PS4 capacitors pretty cheap, cant say for PS4 pro, ive never tried it
>while on there, look up "prebuilt gaming pc for 400"
>buy said computer
>throw away PS4 and start using PC
