My first studio track! Give me your best shoot! I'd lov

Ok, I've been a music producer for around 5 years. Giving this track a listen at first you get irritated very easily by the synth, it's too over-compressed I might say. Then the 808 are cutting frecuencies like crazy, EQ that please, sidechain smartly, you're crushing everything. The vocals are nicely put together I'm not gonna lie, I liked the panning and effects used. My advice: fix the mix

I like the guitar, it's so mellow... EQ ing would be nice on this... Maybe consider having two tracks, one for the lows of the guitar, and one for the bright snappy sounds... this will help you have a better mix... other than that it's pretty good

should i just double the tracks in the software, or rerecord a second track? also i have a rode condensor mic and a sm57, could i just record both tracks at the same time with those with the rode further back? idk which is the best of those options or if there's something i'm not even thinking of

double the tracks in your DAW and EQ them individually, or if you're too lazy (like me) just go on and use a multiband compressor and cut off your very low frecuencies where you seem to have saturation.
