It's a manga that's been running for 20+ years now, and it's pretty incredible. One of the things that's most interesting about it, is that the author has basically reinvented himself in his style several times throughout the series, while still keeping it true to its roots. During the first 10 volumes (referred to collectively as the "Golden Age" arc), it's basically gritty 80s style manga of purely dark medieval warfare, becoming borderlined historical fiction. but in volumes 11-12+ literally hell opens up and pours itself onto earth evil dead style but in a completely serious manner. Over the next ~5 volumes you have every bit of bad in his world corrupted and risen to full blown demonic rape-fests; corrupt priests burning everyone at the stake, packs of roving goblins kidnapping women, raping and impregnating them to make more monsters, an evil god-emporer who tries to take over the world etc. It then turns into a traditional swords/sorcery fantasy where Guts assembles a team of rag-tag heroes to destroy the five God Hands of hell, one of whom was his best friend and rival during the Golden Age.

Good to hear. I could only go to like 150 on back squats. Gg. Sleep is a precious thing.

Work hurts less. Time is passing quick. I seem to find myself oddly satisfied with less time to play vidja. Makes me value my time more. Been having more and more bad thoughts. Worried that I might need to go somewhere. Excited to see the Farnese more.

All in all, not great but not terrible.

How was your day? Beyond achievements, that is. You rarely talk about emotions.

Only 150? I thought you pushed around a lot more weight than that.

I think that's a good lesson to learn, the less time you have for fun definitely makes you value it more. Not as fun when you waste all day on a game.
What kind of bad thoughts?
If you ask me, I think you're in a much better position now than you were a couple months ago.
I'm always a fan of more Farnese, especially crazy Farnese.

Good point, I don't mention my emotions as much.
Today was alright, talked to a friend about internships and made me realize tat I need to apply to more and it made me feel a little anxious, really want to get one soon.

I didn't do a lot of squats, mostly early on. My ankles can't bend beyond 90 degrees and we all know the potential dangers of lifting on your toes.

Time is a valuable commodity. Just bad thoughts. Social taboos, psychopathic moments, extremely paranoid, etc. And yeah, I am doing better in some respects. Thanks for noticing. Makes me feel like someone cares. Heh.
