If anyone here has ever dared to work in a Detroit Auto Manufactory they would know the day struggles I deal with by having lazy black coworkers and lazy black supervisors that don't report them to upper management.

They fact that the majority of my coworkers are fat ugly ghetto black women means that every time someone asks them to do something they simply go down to sick bay and refuse to work for the next hour. Which, in turn, means someone else has to do the extra work plus pick up their slack. 95% of the time it's me, because I give half a shit about my job. I'm team leader, despite not wanting to be in the slightest because it's tremendously more responsibility with a pitiful 25 cent raise.

Yes, despite making $24-28 an hour, these entitled sacks of shit simply ignore all orders, refuse all extra work that me or our shift supervisor tries to give them. They say in their urban nigger accent "Hewl na, I ain't gon do dat imma go down sik bae." I make $28.25 and I do four times as much as any of these niggers do. They're human refuse and should all be fired without any possibility of unemployment. Because they only work 7 hours of a 10 hour shift.

I'm support unions, but that doesn't mean I think they're doing a good job by making GM keep these assholes on the payroll. Fuck affirmative action.
