Homosexuality is detrimental to a healthy and progressive society. The reason to have a society is to continue it after your dead. Homosexuals do not contribute to the gene pool. Science cannot decide what is right or wrong, it is just a word that describes the act of discovering the universe around us using our senses.

Morality is meaningless from a scientific perspective, hence anything and everything can be good or bad, it is completely neutral.

The only way to objectively define right and wrong is by God, otherwise it all becomes subjective.

Animals do acts of homosexuality, but they also eat their children sometimes, does that make it ok for us to do either? Obviously not.

Even if you're not a Theist, common sense tells you there's something wrong with homosexuality because you can't procreate. Also aids and other diseases are extremely common between homosexuals, so that's also something to consider.

Based on nature's laws and logic? It's against the natural feeling of procreation, but it countered by the law of the survival of the fittest. Those that don't care about procreation will end up disappearing, those that do care will end up procreating. It's also an uncommon habit in the animal kingdom. Even male lions have been observed to "mate". The difference is that a gay man will never procreate, but an animal won't have an issue mating with a female.

Based on morality (something that humans have created/adjusted)? Morality is something YOU set for yourself. For example, I don't mind people who rape and murder, but I hate those that ruin Mother Earth.
