I just tried this with a Swedish VPN, and you're right. However, I don't know whether it's the daily mail itself redirecting to the "not found" page or if it's an ISP, DNS or whatever.
Do the Swedish authorities even have the right to block webpages?

I actually remember this when it happened, it was due to a legal threat (EU court threat) from the Swedish goverment that proclaimed that the daily mail was "encouraging hatred" or something. The Swedish government asked the daily mail to take it down, they said no at first but eventually the daily mail agreed to just block it in Sweden.

Because the killer claimed to only be 15, and the article thgrows this into question which could "Affect the court case".
So some somali, who is probably on the wrong side of 30, kills a young swedish woman, then claims himself a child, and news are blocked from reporting on this.
