i stayed up till 3am last night and then slept in until noon, (and I've done this everyday for the past 2 weeks so my body has gotten into that routine) and i have to be up at 6am tommorow, there's no way i'm gonna be able to sleep at 10pm and wakeup at 6am
anything i can do to make me sleepy? i don't have any sleeping pills or anything, but what do you fags do/drink/eat to overcome insomnia?
i don't have insomnia, but if i really need to sleep i'll just drink lean till i pass out, sleep like a fuckin rock
so don't go to sleep at 10 pm and just wake up at 6am a little more tired than you'd normally be. Don't be a pussy
have a long intense workout a couple hours before you want to go to bed.

kek this is my problem at the moment too. usually i just have a few cones and im good, but lately I have been smoking bongs till the sun comes up and only then do I start getting tired.
To fix it I am gonna pull a full 24hr awake then go to sleep when I wish to set my body clock.

This is great advice. Find a way to physically exhaust yourself. Melatonin is ok, but don't rely on it. Your body produces it naturally and too much shuts down your natural production. As far add tomorrow, you're just going to have to power through it. Work out today and you'll sleep easier. Good luck, anon.
