Just take their food away. Everytime I have fruit flies in my house, I just put every fruit I have in the refrigerator and clean all surfaces where they might find something to eat. Keep a window open and they will be gone in a day.

I normally hate people who make threads like this, but I hate fruit flies more.

Get a jar or bottle, fill it with vinegar and bananas. Tape a funnel of paper (yellow paper works a bit better) to the mouth of the jar pointing down. They can fly in, but they can't get out.

Catch them with a diy trap
You need a glass, 1/3 vinegar, 2/3 apple juice and one drop of dish soap.
They love the smell and will fall for it, then drown in the liquid (thanks to he soap they can't float on that mixture)
If not working adjust ratio (maybe a bit more vinegar etc.)
