AIDS is the worst. The quality of life is terrible. Noone wants to fuck you. For forty fucking years.

AIDS makes you prone to all the other diseases, and fucks you forever, there's no cure to it.

Even cancer there's a cure, AIDS you don't

HPV is my bet. Contraceptives dont work on it, theres no cure, and it can lead to cancer and infertility.
