You don't live in an anime OP. We have this things called therapist so we don't all turn into massive self destructive fuckups.
Look up free therapy in your area. There are usual community groups and non-profits who don't charge for stuff like that.

I take medication, I go to therapy, I've tried self medicating. There's not much that helps.
