Date stamped to see what shift ran them, if multiple then the last time they were ran. Initialed to see who on that shift put them together.

Thats how large banks (not local bank branches - main banks)/casinos/cash management places do it.

Like I said, those straps are on backwards too. The white area where the two ends of the strap are joined together is where the date stamp/initials go. And that goes on the back of the stack of currency. The portrait area is always the 'front'. Some straps have logos on the front area (casinos are known for this) so they like that logo on the front of the bill. banks and currency management places (brinks, etc) like the logo area of the straps on the front of the bill even if they dont have a logo because it looks cleaner and more presentable.

Those straps also look a little sloppy, but they could be running them through a single pocket jetscan or something.
