The front needs to come to your bottom lip - I know that seems long, but when you blow dry it, the hair ends at roughly your nose. That should serve as a guideline. The rest is layered. This isn't that undercut Hitler Youth look, it's fluffier than that. Also, make sure you get foil highlights to frame your face.
