Don't get acne.

Here's all you need to know about acne.

Don't touch your fucking face. Ever. Not once. Your dirty grubby little fingers should never touch your fucking face not even for a split second. Get in the habit of making a conscious effort to never touch it again.

Second. Wash your fucking pillow. A lot. Since this is the only thing that will be touching your face this shit needs to be clean.

Follow those two rules and I mean actually follow them not halfass it and think you did it enough and you will never get acne ever again.

Get some sun, and get a good workout 5 times a week. I mean soaked through your shirt, steam coming off your head intense once you work up to it. Find a good anti bacterial soap, and remember women are willing to whore out to guys they think are going places. Top of your class in medschool or a good tech program means you gold digging cunts hoping to control you by popping your cherry.

Get on antibiotics - typically minomycin and it's a two month course. Then if still bad try accurane. All the while stop picking your skin.

I think it depends on the person. I've been 6 months without taking dairy and still got acne. Started to take it again and it didn't get worse.

There's one thing that helps me a lot: beer yeast. It's a supplement charged with vitamin B.
