You went from obese to still kinda obese.
Of course you don't notice a difference. Keep working on it anon, once you're at 75 you'll just be overweight, and then you'll really notice the difference.

Also if you wanna properly track progress you need to start measuring body fat and circumferences. Both are more accurate than weight.
believe it or not walking for 30 minutes-1 hours is probably the best thing you can do to lose fat/weight. building some muscle in the gym is the best way to keep it off since your body need more energy to run then. Also you would run a little hotter.

The walking part is probably the most important general health advice for people, but I wouldn't say it's the best way to lose weight.
Your weight is mostly dictated by your diet, so I'd say it's the main thing to focus on.
