Hey /b/, i need your advice. Basicly 15 minutes ago, i was walking home from class. I live in canada so theres a bunch of snow, and since its pretty hot outside today, the snow is melting and theres a bunch of ice cold poddles on the side of the streets. This guy in a big ass Dodge Ram pickup truck is rolling in the left lane. I see him then change to the right lane to hit the puddle and soak me, i barely have time to react and he drenches me. Now i do track and field, i first thought to run after the car until it stoped but it was futile, he was rolling 50km/h in a 30 km school zone. I then memorised his license plate and the car model. Now i have two questions.1. Is there a way to find him based on his license plate number and 2. What should i do to this fuckers pickup truck? I thought if popping all 4 tired and keying the fuck out of his car.
