shit happened to me after a gorillion blue screens, and tthe problem was faulty RAM, maybe one of your RAM sticks is bad and you just get it out, that was it for me

also, there is a little silver battery that you take out ffor 10 minutes and it completely resets your...BIOS i think, not sure. So you can try also that if it's a software problem

and then, when your PC is on and working you delete system32, for it's the problem compressed into a file, if you don't delete it it will happen again

Unplug pc and then hold the power button for 10 sec. Plug back in and boot. Resets motherboard. My pc has been doing this alot lately.
