Hi there /b/, I'm going to Denmark in two days to spend a week with my girlfriend. However we'll be staying at her parents for a few days. Unfortunately, I've terrible social anxiety at times and when I try to eat with people (on any occasion, even with friends at somewhere like Mcdonalds) I feel incredibly nervous and sick, to the point where I won't be able to eat and often throw up.
I've yet to find a way to combat this and aren't really sure how i'm going to eat for the next few days. Does anyone know of anything that could help with the anxiety and maybe allow me to eat with people?

From what i've seen, you're right.
But I don't want to seem too odd when i'm unable to eat with her family and have to spend large amounts of time feeling ill; all while hoping they don't comment on my rather skinny figure.
Do you have any suggestions on how I can keep calm and maybe muster a meal or two?
