Take one of the medium strength ones and the supplement should be fine but can't say it will help as its case by case.

Doubt you have any but panax ginseng, maca, yohimbine, gingko, & mondia whitei also help with ED when taken regularly. Read up on dosss for them but i know for a fact ginseng shouldn't be taken on a daily basis for over a few weeks.

The poppers i'm refering to are something you inhale and are based on amyl nitrate. You NEVER drink them as that can be fatal and you NEVER huff them when on shit like cialis or other blood pressure related drugs but its basically an instant, if temporary, cure to ED thats relative safe to use infrequently.

Basically until you get a real ED drug like cialis or viagra they do the same job even if its limited to 3 times a week.
