I've always had what's called a "geographical tongue". My tongue is covered in white shit all the time.
I recently went to a clinic because I felt like shit for well over a week straight. While I was there, the doc told me I had a bacterial infection in my sinuses (which I don't doubt, I've always had sinus issues) and oral thrush.
She didn't even take a swab test, and to me my tongue looks the same as ever. Do you think she misdiagnosed me? I've put off taking the antifungal for a couple days, and the antibiotic alone is making me feel much better.

What's the likelihood she was right? She seemed foreign, so she may have misunderstood me when I said I've had a geographical tongue for as long as I could remember.
