"physical genders" isn't a term, you're talking about sex. There are (for the most part) two sexes, male and female (not counting some rare physical mutations that comprise "intersex", such as people born with genitalia that doesn't match their chromosome)

Gender, though, is social characteristics. The difference between phenotypes and genotypes, if you took freshman biology.
So to say there's only two genders is like saying "there's only two colors, black and white", when the reality is that everyone finds themselves at some point along a spectrum of gray shades.
A guy who really loves pink (not crossdressing, not dicks in his asshole, not anything else, just like a pink polo shirt) is technically expressing some feminine gender characteristics. His shade of gray is, if only incrementally, slightly more white than it would be if he'd just loved navy blue. Even if that shade of gray still looks mostly black.
