Ebay is probably your best bet. Can't recommend any particular models because I haven't used them, but I would make sure that they encode in H.264, not MJPEG, and I kinda sorta would prefer a 720p cam over a 1080p one. 1080p is a lot more demanding on the hardware, so a lot of cam that are advertised as 1080p just use shitty software upscaling and end up with a worse frame rate/picture quality as a result, just so they can advertise 1080p.
